Terms of Use

1. Purpose and acceptance

The services provide corporate information, online scheduling, recruitment, education, account management, support, health and wellness features, and other digital resources. Use of a specific module may also be subject to additional notices or conditions presented within that module. If the user does not agree with these Terms, the services should not be used.

2. Eligibility and representation

Users must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. A person acting for a company or another organization represents that they are authorized to bind it. Services or profiles restricted to adults may not be used by minors except where a specific lawful flow and legal-guardian authorization are provided.

3. Account, credentials, and security

Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date. Accounts are personal unless the service expressly permits organizational access. Users are responsible for protecting credentials, configuring authorized access, promptly reporting suspected misuse, and all activity performed through their accounts until the incident is reported. Projects Evolution will never request a password by email.

4. Services, availability, and evolution

Projects Evolution seeks to keep services available and secure, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, security events, internet failures, supplier outages, force majeure, or technology updates may temporarily limit access. Features may evolve, be replaced, or be discontinued, with reasonable notice when the change materially affects contracted use.

5. User content and data

Users retain responsibility for information, files, images, résumés, vacancies, courses, messages, and other content they submit. By submitting content, the user grants Projects Evolution the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, transmit, and back it up solely to provide and protect the service. Users must have the rights and lawful basis required for their own content and for third-party personal data they enter.

6. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

Users must not violate the law or third-party rights; submit false, unlawful, discriminatory, offensive, malicious, or infringing content; attempt unauthorized access; bypass security controls; distribute malware; overload or disrupt the service; scrape or extract data without authorization; reverse engineer protected components except where legally permitted; misuse communications; impersonate others; or use data for purposes incompatible with the service.

7. Intellectual property

Software, interfaces, trademarks, logos, designs, documentation, databases, and other service materials belong to Projects Evolution or their respective licensors. Access grants a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service according to these Terms; it does not transfer ownership or authorize reproduction, resale, or creation of derivative works.

8. Third-party services

The services may contain links or integrations for payments, authentication, hosting, maps, analytics, communications, or content. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Projects Evolution is not responsible for third-party content or independent processing, but selects and manages providers within the limits applicable to its role.

9. Plans, payments, cancellations, and refunds

Prices, billing cycles, taxes, included features, renewal conditions, and applicable limits are presented before purchase. Payments may be processed by third parties. Users must provide valid billing information and promptly report discrepancies. Cancellation stops future renewal when applicable but does not automatically create a refund for periods already used. Refunds follow the offer, consumer law, and the payment provider's procedures.

10. PEJ, P2E, and Agenda Online rules

10.1. PEJ

PEJ connects candidates and companies but does not guarantee hiring, candidate suitability, interview invitations, or job availability. Companies are responsible for lawful vacancy criteria and recruitment decisions. Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and résumés.

10.2. P2E

Instructors and content providers are responsible for their materials, intellectual-property rights, evaluation criteria, and promised support. Enrollment, progress, results, and certificates follow the applicable course rules. A certificate confirms the recorded activity and does not represent professional licensing unless expressly stated.

10.3. Agenda Online

Businesses and professionals are responsible for schedules, services, prices, availability, customer communication, cancellations, and service delivery. The platform supports scheduling but is not a party to the underlying service relationship.

11. VivaLeve-specific rules

VivaLeve supports personal organization, wellness, food, body-measurement, and related features. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care and does not replace qualified professional advice. Users must seek professional assistance before making health decisions and should not use the app in an emergency.

Location, camera, notifications, files, or biometric authentication are used only when authorized and required by a selected feature. Users may revoke permissions through application or device settings, subject to loss of the dependent feature.

12. Privacy and data protection

Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Users who process another person's data through the services must fulfill their own controller or processor obligations, including transparency, legal basis, security, and response to data-subject requests.

13. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, fraud, security risk, unlawful use, payment default, court or authority order, or conduct that may harm users, Projects Evolution, or third parties. When reasonable and lawful, the user will have an opportunity to correct the issue or export available content before final termination.

14. Responsibilities and limitations

Each party is responsible for direct harm caused by its unlawful acts or breach of these Terms, subject to mandatory law. Projects Evolution is not responsible for user decisions, user-generated content, third-party conduct, external services, internet failures, force majeure, or indirect losses that could not reasonably be controlled. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated for legal, regulatory, security, technology, or service changes. The revision date will be shown at the beginning, and material changes may be communicated through available channels. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

16. Governing law and dispute resolution

Brazilian law governs these Terms. The parties should first attempt to resolve questions through the available support channels. Consumer rights and any legally mandatory jurisdiction remain fully preserved.
